Hurley, Burish & Stanton, S.C. attorneys recognized as 2008 Wisconsin Super Lawyers and Rising Stars
Hurley Burish & Stanton, S.C. is proud to announce that six of our attorneys were selected by their peers and recognized as Super Lawyers® by the Wisconsin Super Lawyers Magazine® in 2008. Stephen P. Hurley was recognized as one of the top 10 lawyers in the State and was profiled in the magazine's cover story. Marie A. Stanton was recognized as among Wisconsin’s top 25 women lawyers. Dean A. Strang was named as one of the top 50 lawyers in Wisconsin.
Stephen P. Hurley, Marie A. Stanton and Dean A. Strang were all included in the publication’s Top 5% of Wisconsin lawyers. (Super Lawyers magazine names attorneys in each state who received the highest point totals, as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics.)
Wisconsin Super Lawyers also asks its group of top achievers to identify the best attorneys under 40 or who have been practicing 10 or fewer years that they have personally observed in action in court. From this survey and evaluation of credentials, 2.5% of the best up-and-coming attorneys in the state are chosen as "Rising Stars". The firm was especially pleased that Marcus J. Berghahn, Richard A. Coad and Erik Guenther all received recognition in the publication as Rising Stars.
