Hurley, Burish & Stanton, S.C. Attorney Erik Guenther Defends Lawyers Throughout Wisconsin as WACDL Strike Force Chair
Erik R. Guenther has been appointed chair of the Strike Force of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (WACDL).
WACDL’s Strike Force is available for consultation and, in some cases, representation of WACDL members who are being harassed for their vigorous defense of their clients. WACDL may provide representation or file an amicus brief at no charge in appropriate cases.
Erik focuses his practice on the defense of individuals and business entities facing criminal investigation and charges throughout Wisconsin. He also conducts internal investigations of employee misconduct on behalf of corporate clients. Erik earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.A. from Carthage College.
